Findhoo 200 fits inside handlebars with an inner opening of 17 - 22 mm, which covers most standard bikes. For a quick check, see whether a 1 euro cent coin slides easily into the open end of your handlebar. If it does, you're likely in range, though measuring is the surest way to confirm before you order.
It also fits most standard seatposts, though some suspension and non-standard seatposts aren't compatible.
To install, fit the metal sleeve into the handlebar first, then insert Findhoo 200 and secure it as shown in the Quick Start Guide.
Findhoo 200 installs through the open end of the handlebar, so you'll need to remove the grip or bar-end cap to reach it. Most grips and caps come off, but some sealed or one-piece designs don't. If yours can't be removed, you can install Findhoo 200 in the seatpost instead. Most standard seatposts work, though some suspension and non-standard seatposts aren't compatible.
BICEEK Findhoo 200 is planned in versions compatible with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub.
Final platform compatibility will be confirmed before launch. Apple Find My certification is currently pending.
No. You locate your bike in the Find My app on iPhone or Find Hub on Android, the same apps you already use for your phone and other devices.
No. Locating your bike through Find My or Find Hub is free, with no subscription or data plan to pay for.
Not in the traditional sense. Most GPS trackers need a SIM card and a monthly data plan. Findhoo 200 uses Bluetooth, the same approach as the small tags people clip to their keys or wallet. When a compatible phone passes nearby, it picks up Findhoo 200's signal and adds its location to Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. That location is encrypted and anonymous.
You can check your Findhoo 200’s location wherever you have a data connection. How recent that location is depends on how many compatible devices pass near your bike, so it updates more often in busy areas than in quiet ones.
Find My or Find Hub will show the last location reported. Once a compatible device comes close enough to pick up the signal, the location updates again.
BICEEK Findhoo 200 has up to two years of battery life. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage, environment, and network conditions.
Yes. Findhoo 200 runs on one standard AAA battery, and the first one comes in the box. A battery lasts up to two years, and when it's time for a new one, any AAA from your local shop or supermarket will do. There's nothing to recharge or order from us.
No. It sits inside the handlebar or seatpost, so there's nothing on the outside of your bike to see or snag. When installed correctly in a compatible bike, you shouldn't notice it when you ride.
Not at a glance, since Findhoo 200 is designed to be discreet. Unlike an externally mounted tracker, it sits inside a compatible handlebar or seatpost, keeping the tracker out of immediate sight.
It's harder to find and reach than an externally mounted tracker, since someone would need to know it's there and get inside the handlebar or seatpost to reach it. That said, no tracker can be guaranteed against discovery or removal.
Open Find My or Find Hub to check your bike's last reported location, and mark it as lost so you're notified when it's detected. Then report the theft to your local police and share the location with them. Don't try to recover the bike or confront anyone yourself.
